Turmeric Wattleseed Granola

I love turmeric and it not only colours this granola, but it adds a little taste that it is amazing. That and the wattleseeds! Yum. Breakfast is ready

But I digress...what is not to love about turmeric on your breakfast? And then the wattleseed...oh my. This is crunchy, gluten free, tasty, can be snacked on like popcorn and is full of nutty turmeric goodness. You are welcome!

Preheat oven to 140°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Place nuts into the Thermomix bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 4 or until they're roughly chopped. Set aside in a large bowl.

Place wattle seeds into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Add honey, coconut oil, turmeric, salt and orange zest into the Thermomix bowl and melt 4 min/80/speed 2. Pour into bowl with nut mix.

Add buckinis, shredded coconut and pepitas into the bowl and stir to combine.

Spread mixture onto the baking tray and bake until golden for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.

Stir through dried fruit and serve with milk of choice or yoghurt or both!
