Need
- 2 Teaspoons wattleseeds
- 50 Grams cashews
- 50 Grams pecans
- 50 Grams walnuts BUY
- 50 Grams raw macadamias BUY
- 130 Grams honey
- 40 Grams coconut oil BUY
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- zest of 1 orange
- 150 Grams buckinis (raw activated buckwheat)
- 100 Grams shredded coconut BUY
- 70 Grams pepitas
- 80 Grams dried berries of choice
- milk or yoghurt to serve

Preheat oven to 140°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Place nuts into the Thermomix bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 4 or until they're roughly chopped. Set aside in a large bowl.

Place wattle seeds into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Add honey, coconut oil, turmeric, salt and orange zest into the Thermomix bowl and melt 4 min/80/speed 2. Pour into bowl with nut mix.

Add buckinis, shredded coconut and pepitas into the bowl and stir to combine.

Spread mixture onto the baking tray and bake until golden for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.

Stir through dried fruit and serve with milk of choice or yoghurt or both!
