Super delish, superfoodie, super quick. All in one green smoothie. I love my turmeric and yes, this one has turmeric. I am bounding with energy now!
You may or may not know my history with green smoothies. Back in the day, before man had walked on the moon and mason jars and green smoothies were a thing, I used to drink them...sort of. Eat them is probably more accurate. I don't like green smoothie mulch. (I'd venture as far as to say 'hate' but it's such a negative word!) I have a thing about it. But then, I also didn't own the blender to end all blenders.
My smoothie tips;
Blend, blend, blend. Minimum 2 minutes on high with a Thermomix or longer with a non Thermomix.
Make sure there is enough liquid to make it, well liquid. Choking on superfoods, is such a waste.
Don't compromise your smoothie flavour by using ice or water. Always use frozen fruit or a liquid that stands alone as having flavour, like milk, coconut milk, juice, coffee or brewed chocolate.
