Vanilla Cinnamon Pecan Milk
When is the most delicious icy cold milk, good for you, a sweet treat, and cute enough to gift? When it’s this pecan milk, that’s when. Add a little tag around a freshly-made bottle of this delicious milk and wait for the big hug!
It is pretty quick to whip up, completely delicious and really quite the treat. So if dairy free is your thing, no need to feel left out of the smooth and creamy beverage set. Here you go...

Need
- 150 Grams pecans
- 2 cups filtered water
- Additional filtered water to make up to 1 litre
- 3-4 medjool dates, pitted
- Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
- 1 cinnamon stick(s)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
Do

Place nuts into a bowl and cover with 2 cups water and soak several hours or overnight. Drain nuts and place into Thermomix bowl.

Add enough water to reach the 1L line inside the bowl. Blend 2 min/speed 8.

Strain through nut milk bag and return milk to the Thermomix bowl. Reserve nut pulp for another recipe.

Add all remaining ingredients to Thermomix bowl and blend 20–30 sec/speed 10. Check that the dates are well blended and repeat if necessary.

Chill milk before serving.
