Vanilla Lavender Curd
My fave and yours; Lemon curd/butter with a hint of lavender. It is floral and beautiful as long as you don’t over do it! Think subtle. Not soapy!
Summertime in a jar ... Dress up basic lemon curd with a hint of vanilla and subtle floral essence. As colorful as it is delicious!
Be warned however, do not get heavy handed with the lavender or you will not be eating it! Lavender really needs to be very delicate and floral, not soapy. So easy does it. Combined with good ole Heilala vanilla, happy toast, happy peeps.
(It is also a stunning hostess gift or perfect for school fetes!)
