Whipped Honey Butter
When in need of whipped sweet buttery goodness, this is your automatic go to! Make well in advance and keep in the freezer for butter emergencies.
When I was at uni in the USA many moons ago, I discovered the cafeteria had a whipped honey butter option atop a beautifully fresh warm, soft, brioche slice (which was actually more like half a loaf, but you get my drift!!) This is my salute to that amazing thing, that was cheap, homey and something I have never forgotten. (It's amazing how food stays in my memory, as opposed to say, other more important things!)
