Cinnamon Dolce Latte
Move over Starbucks we see you there and we raise you our amazing cinnamon latte syrup. If you have never tried this at Starbucks that is a good thing
According to Chat GPT....
A Dolce Latte is a sweetened coffee drink, typically involving espresso, steamed milk, and a sweet syrup or flavoring. "Dolce" means "sweet" in Italian, and "latte" means "milk," so a Dolce Latte usually incorporates a significant sweet element.
Cinnamon Dolce Latte is a popular version offered by Starbucks not that I have ever tried it. It includes espresso, steamed milk, and cinnamon dolce syrup, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon dolce topping. Apparently there is an iced version of this of course. I have had limited experience with Starbucks, but I have always found everything they do way too sweet. Plus I am not a coffee drinker generally, so I have also provided you with a Brew Choc version. (The ritual of coffee, the benefits of cacao!)
Vanilla Dolce Latte: Another variation is to include vanilla syrup instead of cinnamon, giving the drink a smooth and sweet vanilla flavor.
Salted Caramel Dolce Latte: This version uses caramel syrup to add sweetness, often topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
The key characteristics of a Dolce Latte are its sweetness and the combination of strong coffee flavor with creamy milk. So cafe it up this winter and get the syrup made and ready. Then latte away!
(By the way, this syrup would be amazing with all of the following:)

Sprinkle with a little cinnamon if you wish. Whipped cream is also decadent and impressive.
