A lovely Facebook fan sent me this recipe and I posted it onto my Facebook page and it went totally viral. So I asked the talented Joelene Mitchell if I could post it on my blog. She did a happy dance and said yes, so here it is….all healthy and fun and quick and easy and the best version of an instant breakfast around…move over granola, here is Cherry Ripe Boost.

- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 pear, quartered
- 1 Handful almonds
- 1 Handful dried cherries
- 1 Handful coconut, shredded or flaked
- 1 Cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Crio Bru Crio Bru
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Place all ingredients into Thermo bowl and chop a few sec/Interval until happy with consistency.
Serve with yoghurt, cream, fresh fruit of choice or absolutely naked…
I added a little Heilala vanilla bean paste, because I can’t help myself. It was divine..
