And it sort of tastes like Cherry Ripes...one of my fave candy bars if I were to eat anything like that any more! This is all good for you, the hardest part is toasting the cacao nibs and you can leave them raw if you don't have time for that! Make this on the run and the kids will have plenty of fuel for a busy day, as will you.

- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 pear, quartered
- 50 Grams almonds BUY
- 40 Grams Cherries dried
- 30 Grams shredded coconut coconut, shredded or flaked BUY
- 100 Grams Cherries frozen or other berries of choice
- 20 Grams cacao nibs roasted BUY
- 25 Grams coconut oil BUY
Do
- 1
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and chop a few sec/Interval until happy with consistency.
