Cherry Ripe? For breakfast? Well yes please. This is such a quick and easy recipe to get on the table on any busy week day. And it sort of tastes like Cherry Ripes...one of my fave candy bars if I were to eat anything like that any more! This is all good for you, the hardest part is toasting the cacao nibs and you can leave them raw if you don't have time for that! Make this on the run and the kids will have plenty of fuel for a busy day, as will you.

- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 pear, quartered
- 50 Gram Almonds BUY
- 40 Gram Cherries dried
- 30 Gram Coconut - Shredded coconut, shredded or flaked BUY
- 100 Gram Cherries frozen or other berries of choice
- 20 Gram roasted cacao nibs
- 25 Gram Coconut - Oil BUY
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and chop a few sec/Interval until happy with consistency.
Serve with yoghurt, cream, fresh fruit of choice or absolutely naked…
