We went to brunch recently and Chilli Infused Honey was just a wee part of an overall dish that just made it amazing, so! Here is my version. I am pretty sure you will see this start to show up in a few places. It is really easy to make and have on hand. Infused honeys could be my new flavour booster! They are also very pretty! Watch out!

Place chilli and oil into the Thermomix bowl and chop 6 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and sauté 6 min/Varoma/speed 1/MC off.
Add honey to Thermomix bowl and cook 10 min/80°C/speed .5. Leave to cool in the bowl and then strain through a very fine sieve (I used a tea strainer) discarding solids. Serve as you wish.
