- 40 Grams Brew Choc dry granules BUY
- 20 Grams raw macadamias
- 150 Grams banana, peeled and frozen in pieces
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- 150 Grams coconut cream Recipe
- berries to serve
- coconut chips to serve
- cacao nibs to serve BUY
Do

Place the brew choc and macadamia nuts into the Thermomix bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 10. It will sound odd, but it will be OK. Scrape down sides of bowl.

Place the frozen banana, vanilla bean paste and pink salt flakes into the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 10. Scrape around the blade.

Add coconut cream and blend 10 sec/speed 8 just to combine.

Serve in bowls with garnishes of choice.
