This refreshing and tangy cranberry mocktail can be whipped up in the Thermomix in a matter of seconds. Give it a try and you'll be making it often!
This recipe is more of a suggestion...I think you could add any alcohol (almost) of choice to taste. Or replace the soda water with lemonade, or mineral water. I suggest for a celebration, you could serve in a martini glass, float a little piece of edible gold leaf in each one and it would look amazing. (Haven’t done it myself, but it sounds good right?) Of course don't freak out on the sugar here, dilute to taste. It is almost a cordial it is so strong. So get soda happy.
Not keen on the oils? Use the zest 1 lemon and some fresh spearmint leaves instead.

Need
- 100 Grams sugar
- 100 Grams ice cubes plus more for serving
- Juice 2 lemons
- 200 Grams cranberry juice
- 10 Drops doTERRA lemon oil BUY
- 2 Drops doTERRA Oils spearmint BUY
- Soda water and ice to taste
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Do

Place sugar into Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 7.

Add 100g ice and blend 10-15 sec/speed 7.

Add lemon, cranberry juices and the doterra oils and blend 20 sec/speed 10.

Serve in frosted glasses, (or the good ole mason jars) top up with soda water and more ice. Add a wedge of lemon or fresh mint leaves to serve.
