Cranberry Punch
The 12 Days of Christmas Mocktails, Day Three;
When the warmer days pre Christmas arrive I get a bit excited about the season ahead. This punch is perfect for all occasions in the lead up and during Christmas and New Year. Think parties, pool parties, elegant dinners, any time you are entertaining. It is great to have a stunning bowl of this punch just on the table for self serve. Add any and all other diced fruits and berries to the bowl, they all add that little spark of festivity to the drink.
Frozen cranberries are widely available in Australia these days. If you are lucky enough to get fresh ones, by all means use them!
