We make quite a few of these types of 'ingredient' style recipes on this site due to you my reader, loving to make things from scratch. Place coffee grounds and water into the Thermomix bowl. Mix 6 sec/speed 6. Cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1.

Strain using a nut milk bag, discard grounds (the garden loves it!). Return strained coffee to the Thermomix bowl.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix 6 sec/speed 6. Cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1.

Pour into a jar and let cool.

Use as you would any concentrate syrup. Fantastic on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, with ice, iced milk, ice cream, etc.
