We make quite a few of these types of 'ingredient' style recipes on this site due to you my reader, loving to make things from scratch. - 120 Grams Coffee freshly ground BUY
- 500 Grams water
- 500 Grams raw caster sugar BUY
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
Place coffee grounds and water into the Thermomix bowl. Mix 6 sec/speed 6. Cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1.
Strain using a nut milk bag, discard grounds (the garden loves it!). Return strained coffee to the Thermomix bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 6 sec/speed 6. Cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
Pour into a jar and let cool.
Use as you would any concentrate syrup. Fantastic on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, with ice, iced milk, ice cream, etc.
