Easy Raw Brownies

Serves 8-10 Prep Time 5 minutes   Rated:

It has the words ‘easy’ and ‘brownies’ (ergo chocolate) in the title. Isn’t that enough? Go for it. (Oh, and if you care, these are considered ‘raw’. This does not mean you can eat them all by yourself and not gain weight…ok?)

They are also gluten free, frighteningly quick to make and even quicker to eat. So do be warned. Officially sugar free as well, but those dates are full of natural sugars. I could have called them healthy...but let's go with positively good for you brownies, as well as easy.

1

Line a square baking pan with paper so you can remove the brownie easily.

2

Place walnuts, dates, cocoa, salt, maca and vanilla into the Thermomix bowl and blend 40 sec/speed 8.

3

Add coconut oil and almonds and blend 20 sec/speed 10.

4

Press into prepared pan and smooth surface. Place into freezer for up to 3 hours. Dust with cocoa or cacao powder or as soon as it is cold, or you can top with ganache if desired. (Of course ganache is better...just saying!)
