Makes 2 Servings

The beauty of this dish -- in addition to its simplicity -- is that you can flavour it any way you like!

To Serve:

Syrups, cinnamon, coconut cream, cream, flavoured butters, almonds, cashews, pecans, berries, or other fresh or cooked fruit of choice.

Think:

Blueberries and almonds
Sultana and cooked apple
Strawberries and maple syrup
Banana and cinnamon

Roasted peaches and cream

Cranberries, cinnamon and cloves...I could go on. You can easily double this as well. Happy Breakfasting!
