Surprisingly tasty … get that kale into you! If you need a sweetener, add a couple of dates to the mixture, though speaking from experience, you probably won’t need them unless your orange is a little sour. (And if you are feeling a bit sour, you might need sweetening as well!) Orange you glad you got this recipe?

  • 1 Cup kale leaves, stalks removed
  • 2 large kiwi fruits, peeled
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 stick celery, chopped
  • A few sprigs Italian parsley
  • Ice cubes to taste
  • 4 Drops doTERRA Wild Orange Oil (optional) BUY

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 2 min/speed 10 or until desired texture is reached.

Drink immediately. This will separate pretty quickly and should be re-blended before drinking.
