With bold North African fragrances and just enough heat to make it interesting, sprinkle this on almost any protein, spice up your cheese on toast, or add to soups, stews and curries for a new and completely delicious flavour profile. It is awesome with rice, or cooked lentils as well.

Place all ingredients into a dry frying pan on a high heat. Toast until just smoking. Remove from heat and cool.


Place into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 8. Wait to open the lid until the dust subsides a little as it will be very fine and you will react!


Store in an airtight container in your pantry.
