We often need a non sweet version of peanut butter, and our original recipe for Crunchy Peanut butter has a sugar element to it, which I love, but messes with some of our recipes flavour profile. So this is the basic everyday version of peanut butter for use in recipes that need that savoury hit, like our Beef satay sticks for example.
Also if you are keto this is the perfect pick me up for a mid afternoon snack if you need something a little rich and indulgent with zero sugar! I recommend re-roasting your peanuts, even if you have purchased roasted nuts. I usually find that roasted peanuts are just a little blonde, and need more heat to bring out more depth of flavour.
