Ranch dressing is iconically American. I am not ashamed to say I love the powdered version stirred through cream cheese or sour cream as a dip. Here we have a healthier option, which, if you add some cream cheese, would also be fantastic as a dip. Ours is a little greener than the original, but the flavour is spot on.
Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge for up to 2 months.

- 1-2 Garlic Cloves
- Small Handfuls each fresh parsley, chives, dill
- 150 Grams Easy thermomix mayonnaise Recipe
- 75 Grams sour cream
- 20 Grams Apple Cider Vinegar
- Pink Salt Flakes to taste BUY
- Black Pepper Freshly ground to taste
- 40 Grams buttermilk
Place garlic and herbs into the Thermomix bowl and chop 3 seconds/ speed 5.
Scrape down sides of bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend 8 seconds/speed 6.
Refrigerate. Will keep in the fridge in an airtight jar for around 3–4 weeks.
