Whipping up a batch of bliss balls for kids school lunch boxes or (big kids) grown up lunch boxes is as easy as one two three. Blend. Refrigerate. Roll. These are especially good and absolutely blockbuster nutrient dense with everything you need for a better day without mind fog. I think they are great for breakfast to be honest...morning tea at the latest so that you have a fantastic productive day. Enjoy!

BENEFITS:
Dates are a very healthy fruit to include in your diet. They are high in several nutrients, fibre and antioxidants, all of which may provide health benefits ranging from improved digestion to a reduced risk of disease.

Brew Choc is roasted cacao and therefore not strictly raw, however it is laden with antioxidants and health giving properties. Cacao products stand out for their disease-fighting plant compounds, easily absorbed iron and relaxation-promoting tryptophan.
