This Thermomix Tim Tam Balls recipe is a quick and easy treat that’s perfect for chocolate lovers. With just a few simple ingredients, this no-bake recipe comes together in minutes, making it an ideal choice for busy days or last-minute dessert ideas. The Thermomix does all the work, crushing and blending the ingredients to create a smooth, delicious mixture that you can roll into bite-sized balls. These Tim Tam Balls make a fantastic gift for friends and family, wrapped up in a beautiful box or tin – they’re sure to impress without requiring hours in the kitchen. Enjoy a rich, indulgent taste in every bite!

Whether you decide to make your own dulce de leche or not, (you can always go with Top N Fill) the caramel Tim Tams will make a difference, and we love our Murray River Salt flakes both in the Tim Tams as well as in the truffles themselves. If you don't have any of those yet, order the big size pack on my site and never look back. You will find it hard to use other salt once you have had the Murray River version! Of course we also love them more when they are rolled in the non sweet, Brew Choc! This helps to balance out the sweetness, as well as the extra pinch of salt so that they are a little more elegant and suitable for gifting to even a fussy foodie.

As gifting season approaches, don't forget to take a good look at what we have on offer, we are nothing if not a homemade gifting emporium!

1

Place all ingredients except rolling garnishes into the Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat. Scrape this mixture into a flat container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

2

Place all the rolling ingredients into different bowls as needed.

3

Remove the mixture from the freezer and if it will not ball up easily using a tablespoon, leave in the freezer until it will. Use slightly damp hands to roll a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, then toss gently in toppings of choice. Store in the freezer.
