Need
- 30 Grams Butter BUY
- 1/2 Cup caster sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste BUY
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup SR flour
- 2 Tablespoons
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 1/2 Cup milk

Sauce
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons
- 3/4 Cups hot water
Do

Cream butter with sugar and vanilla.

Add egg and beat until creamy.

Fold in sifted flour cocoa and salt alternately with the milk.

Pour into greased coffee cups, or one large baking dish. Do not fill up too much as they rise a lot.

To make sauce mix sugar and cocoa together and sprinkle liberally over the top of each pudding then pour hot water over the top.

Process in steam oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
