Semolina Porridge

I used to make this the old fashioned way, on a stove, with a wooden spoon, trying desperately to cook it quickly without it burning on the bottom and at the same time, not so hot that it would curdle the eggs. Which, by the way, I had to temper with a bit of hot milk so we didn't end up with scrambled eggs our semolina. Ugh!

I am not sure why it took me so long to finally make this in the Thermomix. I found some semolina at my fave IGA and that was it. SO simple. We have had it a couple of times already. It is very warming and homey. Fills you up, keeps you going to Brew Choc time!

We did this live, check the video. I am still amazed at how fast it is. It could also easily be doubled for a larger family, with an extra 2 minutes cooking time added.
