Spiced Passionfruit Mojito
We love our spiced passionfruit syrup so much that this was bound to happen! How good is it though? Once you have made the syrup, the rest is easy. We think you will be making this on regular occasions.
I do love anything passionfruit, but that spiced syrup is just next level. There maybe a sorbet using the syrup coming soon...so good!

Need
- 3 parts Spiced Passionfruit Syrup Recipe
- 2 parts pink gin
- 2 parts prosecco
- 3 parts soda water
- 6 ice cubes
- lemon slices
- orange slices
- 1 sprig fresh mint per glass
Do

Place Spiced Passionfruit Syrup, gin, prosecco, soda water and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds.

Pour into glasses with orange and lemon slices. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
