Spicy Tomato Sauce
This delicious thing has been extracted from Chorizo and Potato Savoury Frittata which is next level amazing. We thought we would take this sauce and make something new with it, seriously get on it! Keep it handy in the fridge for a fantastic tasty meal at a moments notice. Think nachos, as a ragu base, or for cheese toasties.

Need
- 4 dried red chillies
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 Teaspoons cumin seeds
- 40 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- 2 Tins diced tomatoes
- 2 Teaspoons pink salt flakes BUY
- 2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar

Place chillies, garlic, cumin and EVOO into the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and sauté 6 min/Varoma/speed 1.

Add tomatoes, salt and sugar to bowl. Cook 20 min/Varoma/spatter guard/speed 2.

Store in sterlised jars in the fridge until use.
