May the fourth be with you! When visiting Disneyland I had Star Wars blue milk...it wasn't exactly this, and probably was loads sweeter and not nearly as natural. Apparently (as Google will also tell you) there is blue milk in markets everywhere in episode 4 of the original trilogy, A New Hope...if you are a fan, you probably already know this. I dread to think what creature delivers blue milk...in this case it is a couple of drops of food colouring!
A fun one for the kids, a gender reveal party, a birthday party and really pretty yummy for the adults too (just add alcohol!)

(Be cautious with the food colouring. You want a turquoise appealing blue, not a dark law uniform blue!!)

Need
- 1 whole pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
- 250 Grams coconut cream Recipe
- 100 Grams Coconut Water BUY
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste BUY
- 100 Grams ice cubes
- 1-2 Drops blue food colouring or more if needed
Do
- 1
Place pineapple, coconut cream and water into the Thermomix bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 8.
- 2
Add vanilla, ice and food colouring and blend 1 min/speed 8. Serve.
