Turkish Sleep Tonic
As our lives seem to be on a collision with busier than ever, I imagine I am not alone in struggling at times with sleeplessness. I do try all sorts of crazy home remedies, and so I was delighted when I was asked to create some doTERRA recipes to help people sleep better. This is one of those super simple recipes.
As a note, you should use almond milk if possible as almonds aid sleep, and also wheat based cornstarch (which sounds counter intuitive) but wheat also helps with sleep. Unless you are coeliac of course!
Then follow the rest of the recipe as instructed. We found it not only delicious, but very soothing and comforting.
BENEFITS:
Cinnamon Bark oil has been linked to many benefits, including reduced depression and anxiety, and better sleep.
