Turmeric Eggs
The quickest way to heaven I know. Turmeric eggs have become a bit of a thing in our house. We love them on their own, on toast, atop a poke bowl....
I made these a few weeks ago for one of our LIVE videos on Facebook and Instagram. If you are not all over those, think Tuesday morning around 9.15WST for all sorts of casual fun and games in my kitchen!!
Anyway, no Thermomix needed for these (I KNOW...pick yourself off the floor) and super quick. We often have this for dinner these days with just some avo toast and steamed veggies. (I think this is a sign I have cooked too much in my life and I am after simple these days in my old age!!)
I do love my Lodge Cast iron frying pan, they are absolutely the best. But I digress. If you are over boring, these turmeric eggs are sunny bright turmeric yellow and really, what's not to love about the properties of turmeric? Get eggcited. There is no going back!
