Vanilla Thriller (V8) Glaze
The final recipe for the whole V8 cake thingo! Thanks Adriano, the more I have made this cake, the more it has morphed from the original as I have simplified and reduced the processes. In fact I think this may only be a V7 cake! (That's awkward!) I do have the other recipe for a Toasted Brulee Layer that I should certainly put up but it didn't make it into this video set!

Need
- 12 Grams cornflour or cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons raw caster sugar or vanilla sugar BUY
- 200 Grams cream
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Teaspoon titanium oxide, optional
Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and b lend 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl and cook 4 min/70°C/speed 3.

Spread glaze on top of cake, set on a wire rack. Work quickly (see video) and using a palette knife, level the top of the glaze.

Refrigerate and serve when ready!
