Well this jar of sauce will keep for a minimum of 3 weeks in the fridge, 3 months in the freezer and you can have curry night any time you think about it, (or forgot to get something organised in time!) - 2 brown onion quartered
- 1 red chilli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 Grams fresh ginger
- 40 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- 25 Grams Landsdale Curry Powder Recipe
- 40 Grams fresh lemon juice
Do
- 1
Place all ingredients except for the lemon juice into the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Cook 5 min/Varoma/speed 1

Add the lemon juice and stir through. Place into sterilised jar and keep in the fridge until use.
