- 12-14 dates pitted
- 1 orange, juice only
- 130 Grams almond meal Recipe
- 40 Grams shredded coconut plus more for rolling BUY
- 35 Grams coconut oil BUY
- 50 Grams Cacao Powder or cocoa BUY
- 1 Tablespoon Black Chia Seed(s)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY

Place dates into a small bowl and cover with the orange juice for at least 30 minutes, longer if possible.

Add soaked dates without any excess liquid into the Thermomix bowl. Add all the other ingredients and blend 20 sec/speed 8. Add the reserved OJ if you need it to bring the mixture together.

Using wet hands, roll into small bite sized balls and toss in extra shredded coconut. Store in the fridge until use.
