OK, you would know that I am a big fan of butter...I believe it is a soothing health food and should be consumed every day to prevent illness. So imagine adding that other fave health food, real chocolate to butter, just a snippet of sugar which could totally be left out and of course vanilla bean paste. Put that on your Banana bread and see who's happy. Everyone, that's who. This will keep for literally months in the freezer to be produced at a moment's notice for those occasions when you need to impress without stress. You're welcome my lovelies. (Enjoy!)

To roast cacao nibs, place them on a lined baking tray into an oven set to 160°C and roast until fragrant. This can be up to an hour, depending on how many you are roasting at a time. Delicious!
