So when my mango coconut lassi was ousted by the powers that be on a recent job, this was the result. And a mighty fine one too I might add. Once more, not a Thermo recipe, but it doesn’t take a recipe developer to figure out how to chuck it all in and blitz it…happy Lassi to you!

Need
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1-2 drops cinnamon bark oil
- 50 Grams pure maple syrup
- 3 bananas
- 350 Grams plain yoghurt
- 1 lemon, juice only
- ice
Do

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend at top speed until smooth.
