To make your own Garam Masala is as creative as you want it to be. Quantities can vary, and in India quantities of spices vary from mama to mama and household to household. So go for it...get garam masala happy! This would also make a fabulous little gift for the spice lover in your fam bam or circle of friends. Dry toast all or some of the above, approximately 1-2 tbsp of each for a big batch, or go smaller with 1-2 tsp of each. If you are using whole spices, use your own discretion.

Cool before placing into the Thermomix bowl and milling 20 sec/speed 10. Store in an airtight container until use.
