What is easier and cheaper than a dash to the shops for an Iced Coffee when you need it most? Store up a few trays of these in your freezer and you instant Iced Coffee at your fingertips. We have used a cute coffee bean mould which meant we needed about 4 blox per glass, but if you use a bigger ice cube tray, clearly you will need less. They will keep for ages in the freezer. Unless you remember they are there of course. Perfect summer sipping!

- 60 Grams Instant coffee
- 140 Grams raw caster sugar BUY
- 400 Grams Water
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- 200 Grams Milk (per glass)
Do

Place all ingredients (except milk) into the Thermomix bowl and cook 5 min/90°C/speed 2

Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

To make 1 glass of iced coffee, place 1 Iced Coffee block (depending on the size of your ice cubes, you may need 2) and a couple ice cubes into the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 10

Add milk and combine 5 sec/speed 10 Add extra sugar to taste, if needed.
