- 2 lemons, zest finely grated
- 70 Grams raw caster sugar BUY
- 300 Grams fresh lemon juice no subsitutes allowed!
- 300 Grams coconut milk Recipe
- 100 Grams ice cubes
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste BUY
Place zest and sugar into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.
Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 min/speed 10. Serve immediately.
