Marry Me Chicken is a creamy, flavour-packed dish that’s said to be so delicious it could inspire a marriage proposal! 

The name comes from its irresistible combination of tender chicken, a rich Parmesan cream sauce, and the bold addition of sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. This Thermomix version makes it even easier to prepare, with minimal effort and maximum taste. Whether you're cooking for a special occasion or just a comforting weeknight meal, this dish is sure to impress. Serve it over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up every last drop of the luscious sauce! OR, keep it low carb, and serve with our Cauliflower Mash which is what we did, and to be honest, you will never tell the difference! 

We decided to make this low carb as there is no one in this household who isn't trying to lose some kgs. Hubby was pleased and decided to stay married to me!

Place garlic and shallot in the Thermomix bowl. Chop 2 sec/speed 7.

Add butter and chop 5 sec/speed 6. Saute 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.

3  

Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed soft.

4  

Add fresh herbs and crumbed chicken. Serve with cauliflower mash.
