Raw Chilli Sauce
This recipe is so quick and easy and can be used as a dressing for salads, or rice, or noodles for that matter. Of course it is raw as it is but don’t let that limit your use of it. Drizzle it on grilled fish or chicken at will. It is the star ingredient of the Raw Chilli Citrus Avocado Salad. Get it done people.

Need
- Juice 3 limes
- 3 red chilli (to taste)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 peppercorns
- 50 Grams fresh ginger
- Handfuls mint leaves
- Handfuls fresh coriander or cilantro leaves and roots
- 200 Grams pineapple, cored
- 200 Grams tomato
- 40 Grams raw honey
- 2 Tablespoons shoyu or tamari sauce
- Pinches pink salt flakes BUY

Place all ingreidients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 8.. Scrape down sides of bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 min/speed 10 until you have a smooth puree. It will seperate on standing, but simply re-shake or blend to combine before use.
