Roasted Red Pepper Mojo

Makes 400g jar Prep Time 5 minutes   Rated: Print

A vibrant red pepper mojo sauce that’s a versatile pantry staple; perfect for drizzling, dipping, and dressing any meal.

Bright, smoky, and bursting with flavor, this red pepper mojo sauce is a must-have in your pantry. Made from roasted red peppers, garlic, paprika, and a touch of olive oil, it’s effortless to whip up and elevates everything from grilled vegetables and roasted meats to sandwiches and pasta. You can of course roast your own peppers, keep the charred bits if you do this for depth of flavour. You will be surprised how many you need to make a small jar! But you’ll always have a quick way to add a punch of color and taste to your meals with this on hand..

If you love a good slathering of delicious sauce on anything, this will become your go to. Pretty sure about that! It is so lickable, straight off the spoon (or finger) as you serve. Just think of the possibilities.

We love this on tacos, our focaccia conti rolls, Steak Sandwich with Caramelised Onions, Asado Pork Rolls with Mojo Sauce plus loads more...the sky is the limit. It is one of those pantry staples we all love to have handy.
