BENEFITS:
Brew Choc (cacao); There are over 300 nutrients and compounds in cacao, which is why it is considered one of the most chemically complex foods on the planet. The more I learn about chocolate the more I realise I have to learn. It is fascinating stuff. For all the info on the health benefits of cacao head over to this fascinating article.
Medjool dates; boast several antioxidants, which can protect your cells from oxidative damage that can lead to diseases like cancer, heart disease, and brain ailments. They also add a luscious caramel sweetness to our smoothie.
Maca Powder; People in Peru have used maca for thousands of years as food and a natural medicine. It has become popular worldwide in the past few decades, particularly for its uses for fertility and libido. (So don't have too much...just saying!)
Peanut Butter; may promote weight maintenance, fullness, and reduced appetite. While its calories mostly come from fat, peanut butter fats are healthy. It’s also full of other important nutrients, including protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.
