I don’t mind saying, these are quite the thing. I am having a bit of a love affair with Turmeric lattes just now and so this was a natural extension of that on going relationship. Me and turmeric. Who knew?
It was only natural that chocolate get involved. I made these for my pop up shop in December and I have had more requests for the recipe than I can count...so here it is people. Thank goodness for doTERRA essential oils...go get yourself organised as a customer/advocate ASAP. You are going to need a few oils to make this recipe and you may as well get a 25% discount. Of course the other thing that would be helpful is the chocolate mould that I also sell in store. If you don’t have one, you really should consider it. Best thing in the kitchen apart from my Thermo. Of course!

- 300 Grams chocolate white in pieces BUY
- 50 Grams cacao butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 Drop doTERRA Oils ginger BUY
- 5 Drops doTERRA Oils cardamom BUY
- 5 Drops doTERRA black pepper oil BUY
- 2 Drops doTERRA cinnamon bark oil BUY
- scant Handfuls shredded coconut toasted

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl except the toasted coconut and melt 35-40 min/40°C/speed 1. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl during this process to make sure all of the chocolate is beneath the blades and is being melted.

Pour into moulds, sprinkle each bar with the toasted coconut and place into the fridge to set.

Unmould and eat!

These bars will keep indefinitely in the fridge. Wrap them or place into an airtight container to store.
