- 1-2 bananas, frozen, in pieces
- 400 Grams or similar
- 1/2 cinnamon stick(s)
- 20 Grams fresh turmeric or 1 tbsp ground
- 20 black peppercorns
- dash fresh nutmeg
- ice cubes to taste
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- a few ice cubes to taste

Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blitz to your hearts content. We suggest at least a minute. Serve and enjoy.
