A study in 60 people with depression showed that curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric) was as effective as traditional antidepressants in alleviating symptoms of the condition.

The OATS
- 1 Cup Golden Turmeric Milk Concentrate diluted to taste Recipe
- 1 Drop Cinnamon Bark Oil BUY
- 2 Drops doTERRA cardamom oil
- 2 Teaspoons Black Chia Seed(s) plus some more for garnish
- 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter or almond butter or other nut butter of choice Recipe
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats gluten free

To SERVE
- sliced fresh banana
- Shredded Coconut BUY
- Coconut Cream Recipe
- berries or other fruit of choice
- Cacao Nibs
- Pot set yoghurt Recipe

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large jar and leave in the fridge overnight.

Serve in the morning with all or some of the accompaniments. You may find it needs more of the Golden Milk to loosen the texture a little and that is never a bad thing! Enjoy.
