This quick and easy recipe brings the classic comfort food to your table with minimal effort and maximum flavor. Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or as a hearty side dish, these baked beans will impress your family and guests alike. Say goodbye to canned beans and hello to a healthier, tastier homemade version with your Thermomix!

I do have another recipe on here for Baked Beans, literally, as in BAKED, and they are delicious, but they do take a loooong time. These are much more effective time wise for busy families. I do like a little heat in my beans, and it is perfectly ok to add some chipotles in adobo sauce to this recipe if that is your thing too. (Or chopped salami or similar!)

I think serving these with our fantastic Lazy Sourdough Loaf and lashings of butter is about as good as it gets for homemade comfort food!
