We are delighted to be working with Honey For Life!

Honey For Life are committed to making honey that is raw, organic and served in its purest form, with as little human interaction as possible. The way nature intended.

With some of the most beautiful and untouched forests in the world in Western Australia, the company is lucky to have the opportunity to create some of Australia’s most sought-after honey, including Active Jarrah, Karri and Red Gum with a license to place hives in state forests with these amazing trees.

With that in mind, and not wanting to damage the health giving properties of these incredible products, we created this completely sugar free muesli, with the intention of you adding your fabulous raw honey of choice as well as a sprinkling of natures foodie gold, bee pollen to finish off the taste and give maximum health benefits. What a way to start your day.

You will notice that most of the honeys from Honey For Life have a TA rating, or a Total Activity rating listed on the labeling. All their honey goes through testing to determine the this rating. Total Activity refers to the honey’s anti-microbial quality, meaning its ability to fight against nasty bacteria. The higher the Total Activity rating, the stronger the antibacterial qualities. Most of the honeys are active with ratings above TA35+, so not only are they delicious but good for you as well - who doesn’t love that!

I plan on making the 50+ a regular part of my diet, it should not be heated above around 70°C so is perfect to add to your Brew Choc or tea, any time of day or night. Stay well this winter with honey!

(Then there is the whole bee pollen thing!)

Some of the known benefits of bee pollen are;

  • can relieve inflammation
  • works as an antioxidant
  • boosts liver health
  • strengthen the immune system
  • eases symptoms of menopause
  • reduces stress
  • speed up healing

So if you don't already have honey or bee pollen in your backyard...then head over to Honey for Life and get started on this delicious pathway to better taste and health. It really is the bees knees!
