Honey and Miso Halloumi Bites

Serves 1-2 Prep Time 5 minutes   Cook Time 7 minutes   Rated:

YUM! these are super quick to whip up and very very tasty. You could serve them on a thick slice of sourdough toast, with a coleslaw perhaps, but we just wolfed them down as is. Made in minutes, eaten in less time than that! (Isn't it always the way?) Put it on repeat!

Despite Halloumi originating from Cyprus, this semi hard cheese pairs really well with the Asian flavours we have added here. You could go another way, and add loads of fresh mint, parsley and even black olives if you wanted to stick with the mediterranean idea. The honey is the perfect pairing for this creamy cheese.

Remember to head over to Honey for Life to order your honey. A great tasting honey makes all the difference!
