Need

Do

1

Place all ingredients except ice and milk into Thermomix bowl and brew 10 min/90ºC/speed 2. Cool slighty.

2

Strain liquid through fine sieve (or use Coffee Plunger) and pour liquid into mini muffin trays. Top with 1/2 tsp of brewed grounds per muffin cup.

3

Alternatively you can brew as seen in the video. This will make the entire process quicker!

4

Freeze

5

To serve place 1-2 frozen blox into Thermomix bowl with additional ice if required and mill 8 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of bowl and add milk (200g milk to 1-2 blox) Blend 10 sec/speed 10.

6

Adding ice will thicken the consistency but dilute the taste.

7

To tizzy up your glasses, dip rims into melted white chocolate, then dip into a flat tray of dry Brew Choc grounds.
