Banana Milk
This is hardly a recipe...but it is amazing. We have been making this for a while now, here and there. It is yummy, a great afternoon pick me up and really, if you wanted to make it an all out milkshake, you just have to add ice cream.

Need
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 200 Grams iced water
- OR whey (also iced) Recipe

Optional additions
- 1 teensy Pinch ground turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract BUY
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
Do

Break the bananas into pieces and place into the Thermomix bowl with water and any other ingredients you are using.

Blend 2 min/speed 10. Add ice if you wish. Enjoy.
