Ginger Pecan Butter
Just a little morning zhoosh to your average pat of butter! Whip it all up, then ladle it over pancakes, waffles, fresh bread, croissants. Very now, very cooler weather, very easy.
You can store this in a roll of paper in the freezer and get it out to serve on demand. A little bit of comfort for these troubled times! Now where did you put that tea pot?
