- 150 Grams chocolate dark milk callets (54%) BUY
- 150 Grams cream
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and heat 5 min/60°C/speed 2.
Use hot. Will thicken on standing. Simply reheat to use.
