I have Italian heritage and although it is a long way back, I am channeling my inner Italian diva here, and just loving these drinks. I had them for the first time in Park City Utah, a lovely holiday mountain escape in summer and ski resort in winter. Full of incredible scenery and more known for its skiing, restaurants and celebrities, than its cold Italian drinks … but there you go. I also had some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten whilst in Park City … so go figure. Some of that inspiration is elsewhere throughout my recipes and my foodie life!

Need
- Italian Soda Syrup Generous dash of Italian Soda Syrup of choice Recipe
- Ice to taste
- Sparkling mineral water
- Cream or milk to taste
Do

Place syrup and ice into individual glasses. Fill two-thirds with sparkling mineral water and finish by pouring cream or milk to fill. Don’t stir!

Garnish with appropriate garnish of choice, depending on which syrup you used.

You can add whipped cream or ice cream to tip them over the edge into complete gorgeousness.
